Roles and Responsibilities

Gather requirements and write specification and functional design documents for enhancements and

• customization;
• Work with team in translating business requirements into Functional requirements;
• Demo Build to the clients in SuccessFactors Modules and SAP HCM - Employee Central (EC), EC payroll, Onboarding, Recruiting Management, Recruiting Marketing, Performance and Goal Management (PMGM) and Learning Management.
• Analyze product impact using skill sets SAP HCM.
• Configure and Trouble shoot SAP Software Application to meet customer needs while providing best-practice guidance on customer processes.

 

Must have proof of legal authority to work in the U.S. Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource / related field and five years of experience. Frequent travel to client sites required.  EOE.
